Great experience! I really appreciated the excellent customer service from Jacob and DJ. I got great quality service at a fair price, and I would definitely recommend this shop!

On May 30, 2026 my son took his car in to have repairs (wheel alignment) done on his vehicle. Pop called and explained to my son they couldn’t do any work on the car as it would cost more than the value of the vehicle. We go to get the car and my son asked Pop to provide him with a printout of the work that needed to be done. Pop told my son he wasn’t interested in doing any work on his vehicle. Well the question was to provide a printout so my son knows what needs to be done as Pop stated that his car was over 10yrs old and per policy they couldn’t work on his vehicle but you accepted the vehicle. Pop was very rude racist and condescending. He also lied to us several times and got smart with us. BJ came out and provided super resolution he drew up a new quote for us and explained more in depth as to why and their experiences in the past working on vehicles over 10yrs old. I really appreciate BJ customer service skills. Thanks BJ for your exceptional customer service.

I came in today for a flat tire. The person who served me had horrible customer service. He was rude from the start and pretty degrading, especially since I was a woman. He argued with me and told me I had driven on my flat tire, which I had not. It was in a parking lot, was blown up, and driven straight there. He was rude from the start and told me the tire was clearly damaged. The tire was not damaged and I was able to get it patched just fine at a different store down the road. He obviously wanted to upsell me for a tire.
